A lot of variables pushed me to get into shape... Age, and active 8 year old and knee and back issues. My sister-in-law was working out and I saw the progress in her. I was like, "wow, this guy is good! Let me contact him". We met and it was a match made in workout heaven, lol. And within 4 months I lost 20lbs and gained muscles I didn't know existed. But trust me it wasn't easy. He's so driven, motivating and really concerned about your health and well being that you can't help but succeed. He takes the time to listen to your concerns (whining, lol) and then he pats you on your back and says "you'll be all right, let's keep going". I would not be where I am without his motivation and passion for what he does. Although I'm still a work in progress, I truly thank him for taking this lump of clay and molding it into something beautiful.

For the past year and a half, I have grown stronger, gotten faster, become healthier, and gained more muscle weight than ever before in my life. Through the consistent effort of giving my all during working out sessions and staying disciplined with the meal plan, I have reduced my health concerns with A1C and High Cholesterol. I have gained a little over 20 pounds of muscle during my time with GoodNews Fitness. I'm currently in my shredding phase and have lost about 30 pounds of fat. While I'm focused on losing fat to highlight more of the muscle gains, I tend to jump back into bulking once my fat-loss goals have been met. I've tried other personal trainers in the past and never had the guidance, support, knowledge, or training needed to be successful and achieve my fitness goals.
