Fitness Assessment/Consultation ($35) - A Fitness Assessment is mandatory before other Personal Training Services can be purchased
· The Fitness Assessment is a 30-minute meeting that serves to assess one’s body and movement patterns. It helps me gather information about my clients, as well as to educate them about critical exercise principles. It includes:
o A series of different exercises to perform a part of the assessment
o A review of your health history, exercise habits, current fitness level, and discussion regarding your preferences and goals.
o The opportunity to discuss exercise guidelines, program design, nutrition resources, and to ask any general fitness questions.
· Please be aware that the health screening process is necessary to help me determine if you can start a new exercise program without consulting a physician. If any health issues are identified that require medical clearance, I can help facilitate the process.
Identical to in-person training, except the custom training and nutrition plan will be sent to you (via email) for the month. I will check in with you weekly, and make adjustments to your fitness plan to keep you on track to reaching your goals.
Semi-Private Training – 30 minutes

During each 30min/50min session, I will lead you through a workout geared towards your specific needs and goals. Sessions will include:
o Mobility exercises to improve and restore joint range of motion
o Skill-based warm-up to prepare for specific movement patterning
o Strength and Conditioning exercises chosen to specifically achieve your goal
o Post-workout recovery techniques
o Nutritional guidance
Health, wellness, and lifestyle support

Personal Trainers benefit those who want individualized exercise instruction, like frequent feedback on technique. It also benefits those who value extra motivation to keep up a fitness routine. I will ask for input from the client on how to spend the time in each session (i.e., do you want to focus on proper form, learn new exercises, get extra motivation, or simply be led through an effective exercise session, etc.).
Meal Plans – Fee: $150
I will develop a meal plan that is custom and tailored to you and your specific goal. You will know exactly what to eat for each day of the week.
Workout Plan - Fee $125
I will develop a workout plan that is custom and tailored to you and your specific goal.
In Home Personal Training – 60 minutes
Single Session—Fee: $90
